CHRISTMAS 08

Christmas was so much fun this year! It makes it so much more fun and exciting to have a little one running around. Last year he was only 2 months old at this time so this year he kinda got into the mood to open gifts. Next year will be even better. Kennon is not crazy about Santa Clause! We saw him once and Kennon just screamed and cried, so I still dont have a pic of him and Santa. Here are a few pics from Christmas.

Christmas is Coming!

My camera has been dead for about a week now and I have been to lazy to recharge it, so finally I did today and decided to post a few pics of my silly little man! Christmas is right around the corner and believe it or not we have not even started our Christmas shopping!! We plan to do it all in one day, and we are so excited to play Santa Clause this year. Every time we go to Wal-Mart i see new things I want to get for McKennon. I hope he gets excited about opening up his presents this year. Last year he was too little so this year Im sure he will tear into them. We put up our Christmas tree the day after Thanksgiving and we have no ornaments left on the bottom of our tree!! He grabs them and says "BALL" and throws them...so instead of keeping on putting them on there we just left them off so our tree is a little bare! O well! I hope everyone has a Merry Christmas and be safe!!

The Not So Great New Idea....

So McKennon has not slept in his own bed for several months now i thought i would decide to do something creative with his bed, but it did not work. Since he loves Christmas light i thought i would hang some all around his bed and he would sleep in it, noooooo all he wants to do is play with them. So needless to say my crazy ideas dont ever work!!

Here was a close up of him in his bed...you can see it in his eyes he was just laughing at me under his skin..HA HA you just think Im gonna sleep in this bed mommy!

Well i kept my niece Madisyn today and you know when a 4 year old and a 1 year old get super quiet there is something goin on.... so i went to check and this is what i fould.. Madisyn had pulled a stepladder up so McKennon could crawl up in his high chair and put cheetos out on the ladder for him to eat. She said I was trying to be nice to Kennon..HOW SWEET!

OUR HALLOWEEN WAS A BLAST!! MCKENNON DRESSED UP AS A BLACK CAT. WE WENT WITH OUR GOOD FRIENDS DENISE AND HER KIDS PAYTON AND HUNTER, AND MY SISTER HOLLY AND HER DAUGHTER MADISYN. WE WENT TO A REALLY NICE NEIGHBORHOOD WHERE EVERYONE WAS SO INVOLVED! I DIDNT EVEN KNOW KIDS STILL GOT OUT AND DID TRICK-OR-TREATING LIKE THEY USED TOO. IT WAS JUST LIKE IT WAS WHEN I WASA KID. LET ME TELL YOU MY KID IS A CHOCOLATE LOVER...OH NO?? HE HAD TWIX, REECES, M&M'S AND SUCKERS FROM HIS EYE BROWS TO HIS CHIN...LOL! I DIDNT GET ANY GOOD PICS OF THAT HE WAS TOO HYPER TO COOPERATE! I HOPE EVERYONE HAD A SAFE AND FUN HALOWEEN! BYE BYE

This is our new puppy Abbot.. We have had him a couple of days now. At first McKennon didn't know what to think about him. He just walked around the house saying Get Dog (of course), his favorite words. Now along with that he is picking him up and throwing him down and he thinks it is the funniest thing....so needless to say we have had alot of spankings this week!! It don't seem to bother Abbot though. Abbot is such a joy to have..
